Dear Michelle,

I just wanted to thank you for the repair that you did for my expensive scanner and the excellence of service that you offer.

Last Thursday at 9am, I presented to you my scanner which had a fault and said how important this is to the running of my business. You had just completed a couple of laptop repairs so I think your were surprised to have another item to look at straight away.

You replied that you would get it looked at as soon as possible.

At midday that same day, you phoned to say that the repair had been carried out. Amazing!

This was a real relief as I was able to collect it straight away and complete some urgent work.

You surpassed every expectation that I had and saved me looking at buying a replacement which would have been £500+.
